It can feel like your body is far older before its time, and that’s simply because we’re not treating it right. It can honestly feel like a constant battle to try and keep our body is shape, and our minds sharp. And it would seem that this is a battle we’re all failing at some point. Not only is it a lot of effort to maintain your body and keep it in peak condition, but it is even harder to battle through all of the mental battles we’re creating for ourselves. But the one thing that so many of us are doing, is caving to the battles that our bodies are throwing at us.
