Today lets you build a dashboard for each goal (meditating for a few minutes a day, going for walks during the workday), and then specify exactly which kind of data you want to track for each stated goal. The app pulls metrics from Apple Health—or you can enter it yourself—and then you "check in" each time you complete a goal. The app will track your streaks (🤔 sounds familiar), and you can add journal entries and photos for added motivation.
