Tomato
This beautiful, bright red vegetable is your friendly neighbourhood weight fighter. Filled with antioxidants, tomatoes reduce water retention and reverses leptin resistance. This has a direct impact on your appetite and metabolic rate. Add this vegetable in your salads, sandwiches with wheat bread, or just eat them as is; they only benefit you.
Cinnamon
The wonders of cinnamon can be written about for time immortal but no matter what we say or write will never be enough - this bark is THAT good.
