The main purpose of the elixir is the treatment and prevention of clogged arteries (atherosclerosis), the regulation of elevated blood fat, prevention of fatigue, treatment of infections and colds, intensive strengthening of the immune system, liver cleansing … It is a drink composed of garlic, lemon, ginger and water.
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 large cloves of garlic
- 4 complete lemons with peel
- A small ginger root (about 3 – 4cm) or two tablespoons
- 2 liters of pure water
Preparation:
Wash the lemon and cut it into pieces. Peel the garlic and insert it together with the lemon and ginger in a blender. Mix everything well until you get a unique mass. Place it in a metal bowl, pour 2 liters of water and stir until it reaches a boiling point. Immediately before the boiling point take it off the stove and let it cool down. Strain through a medium dense strainer and fill in glass bottles.
The beverage should be consumed every day, one glass of 2 dl at least 2 hours before meal, or on a completely empty stomach. (If you do not mind, you can skip the straining and drinking the thick mixture). Keep the beverage refrigerated.
The treatment lasts for three weeks with a daily intake of one glass after which you need to take a break of one week and you can again continue consuming it in the same cycle. If you don’t like the taste you can add honey. After 3 weeks of use you should feel a significant regeneration of the body from using this beverage. The infusion is in addition to the already mentioned benefits particularly useful in preventing calcification in the body that causes the stones in organs and congestion of blood vessels.
