1. Head Massage
If you must, you can even do this one by yourself. Use the palms of your hands and massage your head away.
2. Herbs
Try Feverfew (Chrysanthemum parthenium) or Ginkgo Biloba. Ginkgo Biloba is one of the most popular and best-selling herbs today -- commonly used to treat headaches. You can even buy it as a tea.
3. Exercise
Go for a long walk, jog, or hike if you are able to. This will open up your longs, get your blood flowing throughout your body, and hopefully relieve pressure from your head.
