Higher levels of blood sugar for a prolonged period of time can lead to severe health disease known as diabetes. There are number of reasons for increased levels of blood sugar, such as consumption of a lot of sugar, physical inactivity, genetic predispositions, stress, drinking soda smoking, etc. The symptoms of type two diabetes are feeling worn out, being irritable, weight gain, impotence, wounds that will not heal, yeast infections, dry mouth, tingling or numbness in the hands or feet, peeing a lot, blurry vision, and feeling of thirst.
