Make Sweet Potato Your Base
[post_ads]Forget bread! Instead of cooking with a pizza base, bake a sweet potato in the oven once, and you'll be doing it every night for the rest of your life. It's so delicious and so easy — no, really, all you do is wash the sweet potato, use a fork to pierce some holes in the skin, and put it in the oven on high. Easy!
Take the Best Bits From Breakfast to Dinner
Sitting down to a fried or poached egg every morning isn't always an option, unless you have the time to brunch on a weekday (to those lucky people of the world, we're jealous). So add a fried egg to your dinner. Whether it's a healthy burger or a salad, eggs are an easy, yummy protein win.
Make It an Omelet
If you're done with healthy dinners that are either an endless plate of veggies or a salad with no personality, turn them into an omelet. Veggies and most salad ingredients go perfectly into an omelet, and if you serve your omelet in slices, it's almost like you're eating a pizza . . . almost. If you're dairy-free, whisk the eggs without milk.

Serve It Up in a Creative Way
Getting creative with how you plate your meals is another way to make dinnertime extra. Forget slicing your lettuce leaves into bite-size pieces, and serve your salad, veggies, and meat on the leaf. It's a brilliant way to wrap up your dinner like a burrito, too.
