The chefs for Norway's Olympic team are scrambling (pun intended) to figure out how to handle getting the wrong egg delivery. In order to feed their 109 athletes, they ordered 1,500 eggs from a local Pyeongchang, South Korea, supermarket. But due to an apparent error when using Google translate, an extra zero was added, and the truck delivered 15,000! Uh, whoops!
Thankfully, the chefs didn't have to shell out money for the massive amount of eggs. The supermarket took back 13,500 eggs, so the Norwegian Olympians won't be expected to eat eggs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
