Preparation:
Mix all of the ingredients, except the vinegar, and then transfer the mixture in a bigger glass jar. Afterwards, add the vinegar, mix once again and close the jar. Leave it in a dark place for 14 days. After the 14 days pass, open the jar, mix and mash the ingredients and then strain them with gauze. Strain it well so that the entire juice comes out, and the rest of the dry part can be used for cooking.
Use:
It is for the best to begin with one teaspoon daily, and if you want to improve your immunity you need to take one spoon daily. Moreover, if you are fighting some serious disease, 6 spoons daily are enough.
-The mixture is very strong and chili, so never take it on an empty stomach
-Always keep the mixture in the fridge.
