Green Tea & Ginger
The three components in green tea are caffeine, theanine and catechins that help in weight loss in following ways;
Caffeine is simply an overall boost to our system, and it speeds several bodily processes, like metabolism linked to weight gain or loss (technically, metabolism refers to all biological processes in any living being for sustaining their life.)
Catechins are anti-oxidant flavonoids, and they are more in green tea as compared to black tea because of the difference in processing as black tea is fermented. On the other hand this mechanism is still to be determined; in vivo and vitro studies it is proven that catechins can help reduce the absorption of lipids (fats) through intestinal track.
Theanine is an amino acid present in green tea that helps encourage the dopamine release. It is the same chemical that makes you relaxed and happy. If you try to eat because of stress, it helps. Moreover it counters caffeine so you do not get all nervous. When the ginger added in green tea it will help to improve digestion as well as add a little flavor to this no milk or sugar tea!

- Half teaspoon ground ginger or Half inch of ginger root, peeled & finely chopped
- One teaspoon green tea

- Raw or organic honey if you like

Rose Petal Water
Rose petals work as a gentle diuretic that support our kidneys to place more sodium or salt in our urine. This excessive sodium in turn draws the water from the blood stream and decrease the quantity of water in our blood circulatory system. However this isn’t permanent but a venus factor of weight loss it is just weight due to water. This stimulates us to drink more water and keep your system hydrated and flushed clean which hugely advantageous for weight loss.
