Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple
- 1 tsp flaxseed oil
- 2dl cold water or ice cubes
- lime or lemon juice, optional
Preparation:
Keep the pineapple in the fridge, as it will taste better. Clean it and cut it into chunks.
Put the chunks in a blender, then add the flaxseed oil and some lemon or lime juice. Finally, add a handful of ice cubes or cold water.
Blend well and keep the juice in the fridge.
