Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 peeled kiwi
- ½ peeled lime or lemon
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 cup water
Blend all the ingredients then enjoy the healthy smoothie.

Ingredients:
- 8 cups / 65 ounce /2 liter water
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 mediumsized
- cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 12 mint leaves
