It is advisable not to take very cold milk unless it is very hot like in the afternoon.

Herbal tea
Passion flower is a herb which is used for both anxiety and insomnia. It also promotes the production of amino acid gamma aminobutyric in the brain to promote a sense of calmness. It can be easily be gotten from a herb seller and then steep it in hot water. Another herb that can be used is the Valerian root that has been used in treatment of insomnia and anxiety disorder.

Valerian root can easily be steeped in hot water at the strength you prefer to make you relax. Another herb is the chamomile which is used in reducing body anxiety and setting in a relaxation mood. Putting it in hot water, stirring and sieving the tea is enough for it to be taken.

Additionally, magnolia bark has been used in Asia to treat nervousness and anxiety disorders. Adding it to a cup of hot water and taking it while it’s still hot sets in that relaxation mood, takes away the anxiety and can even induce a calm sleep in the process.

Honey-Infused Tea
This involves taking a teaspoonful of honey and mixing it with milk tea. It can also be used in hot water and even hot coconut milk. This combination has been found to be very effective in calming nervousness, taking away anxiety and helping people to relax.

Oat Straw
If you are that person who is not into tea, then oat straw could be the best alternative. This drink has been used to reduce depression, anxiety and has helped people to relax for a very long time. However, it takes one month for its effects to be fully felt.



5.
B Vitamins
Vitamin B regulates body’s response to stress. Taking drinks full of vitamin B is very essential in reducing stress on the body, reducing anxiety and helping you to relax. You can as well use a multivitamin drink also enhances the utilization of vitamin B complex.
